Control Panel Ready
Your account is ready to use, check your setup email for further instructions (see below for missing setup email instructions) once your domain name has resolved you can use ftp.yourdomainname.com to upload your new site structure. You can also FTP using your server IP address (listed in your setup email.) If your account is a cPanel account you can also use File Manager to upload your website. Remember always to upload your files to public_html. You will need to overwrite this index.html with your own index file.
Nameservers
Don't forget to register your nameservers for your reseller account or update your nameservers for your hosting account. Information regarding nameservers can be found in your setup email. If you have not received this yet please allow 24 hours before contacting support, they will then re-send it to the email address they have on file for you.
Please remember the time it takes for a domain name to resolve is totally out of our hands, sometimes it can take up to 72 hours.
